Refund and Returns Policy

All Laki-Laki services are digital and customized to each client’s project. Because our work involves creative design, intellectual expertise, and time-based professional engagement, refunds are considered only under specific, verifiable conditions.

If a technical or delivery issue on our end prevents completion of a commissioned project, clients may request a full or partial refund. Requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of project delivery or scheduled completion, including order details and a description of the issue.

Refunds cannot be issued once digital images have been finalized, approved, or delivered in high resolution. However, we prioritize client satisfaction — in cases where adjustments or revisions are needed, our editing team offers prompt retouching, replacements, or service credits to ensure your expectations are fully met.
